DRAMA ALERT: Nicci Gilbert Wont Support Syleena Johnson’s Because She Doesn’t Like Her
Soooooo last night, The Doll was invited to attend a private listening party event for Syleena Johnson. Syleena has teamed up with Musiq Soul Child and the two of them put together a reggae album. Reggae??? Yeah i was looking like a confused dog too. However, the tracks that we all heard during the event were dope. At least now I can Dutty Wine to some reggae tunes and stop rolling my hips to Total Praise. The R&B Divas camera crew was there, and MOST of the ladies including newbies Angie Stone & Latocha Scott were also in the building. Faith was not in attendance, but noticeably missing was Madea Nikki Gilbert. Catch these T’s.
So let it be known I wasn’t really working last night. I truly came to the event with the intentions of being a spectator. Somehow or another, mess always finds a way to find me. LOL. Chile every time someone got the opportunity to whisper in my ear inconspicuously, THEY DID. A whole lot of T was spilled last night. The most consistent of the whispers were “Nicci Gilbert did not show up because she does not like Syleena” or “Nicci ain’t here because you know her and Syleena don’t get along”.
Now I knew things were a little tense on season one, but it looks like things may have gotten a little worse. I’m not going to attempt to connect any dots that aren’t there. We all know that where there is smoke there is fire. I don’t know how true all the whispers are, but all them folks up in that joint wasn’t lying. I guess we’ll have to watch things unfold on season 2 of R&B Divas.
Ohh and the whisperers were saying that Angie Stone acts like everybody’s mama and they didn’t have anything to say about Latocha Scott. I’m not sure if that is a good or a bad thing…
Chile, lastly I heard The R&B Divas were at the table reading Miss Nicci Gilbert talking about how is she going to have a clothing line with nothing in it. They were going in on how her clothing line’s name is Curvato, but non of the clothes have tags in them. Someone even went as far as to compare her clothing to Joann’s Fabrics. Chile… Y’all ain’t heard non of this from me.

Ya don’t do Syleena & Nicci that way. It makes for a good show and drama sells. I just wish Syleena not have her sisters on the show they make her look cheesy and you don’t take her seriously as an artist. She needs a more polished looking and actin team. Last season they looked crazy that’s why probably what contributed to her being broke. Angie Mae Stone NOT AT ALL. BOOOOOO!!!!

Syleena skin is bad and her makeup artist is rachet. Whoever it is dont like her either. Nicci should just go. Really Go.

Nicci is a hateful bitch. She is jealous that Syleena outshines her musically and personality wise. Syleena is one of the most entertaining on the show and Nicci can’t stand it! Deep down she dislikes Keke too but is afraid to show it incase Keke stabs her ugly ass!! Nicci needs to be replaced. ASAP. She makes me wanna turn my TV off! Syleena and KeKe are the best!!!!
Nickie Gilbert had a pissy attitude on the previous season’s show, and her “clothing line” was Sears basement-old-lady-fugly. She musta thought she was more than a one-hit wonder (after she appeared on “Martin”;she was a poor actress)…(like she said on the show) she just doesn’t have her heart in singing again…then she shouldn’t have wasted all the ladies’ time last season; she contributed nothing but bossiness in every scene,like she was better than everyone – she was always ‘acting’ for the camera…not memorable for anything else.
Stevie Wonder could see that Nicci don’t like Syleena, but i will be tuning in for KeKe she has found a new fan in me.
