Lord, I’m telling you, I can’t win for losing with these Real Housewives of Atlanta. First Kenya Moore threatens to file a lawsuit against me, now Sherman Sheree’ Whitfield supposedly has a restraining order out against The Doll. No Gawd! If she does or she doesn’t, big deal. Quiet as its kept Sheree, you don’t need a restraining order for me. No one is going to check you boo, because no one is checking for you boo.

I couldn’t even sleep good the other night because my phone was blowing up about TMZ running a story about Sheree’ being granted temporary restraining orders on three Atlanta bloggers.
TMZ Posted this early this morning:
Sheree Whitfield was granted THREE temporary restraining orders in Georgia on Feb. 22 and Feb. 26 against Tamara Brawner, Quentin Latham and Michelle Brown.
Specifically, the ‘Real Housewife’ says Tamara (restraining order #1) has been spying on her and trespassing on her property since 2011 to write a blog — “Chateau Sheree” — about the construction of Sheree’s mansion.
Sheree claims Tamara “gained access” inside the home on Feb. 18, took pics and video, and posted them online. She adds, “I’m afraid for my life.”
Sheree also claims Quentin (restraining order #2) and Michelle (restraining order #3) — have pulled the same hijinx on her property, although she says they didn’t enter her home.
A judge granted three temporary restraining orders. Tamara was ordered to stay at least 500 yards away from Sheree. Quentin and Michelle were ordered to stay 200 yards away.
Chile Cheese Miss Sheree’ My guess is that Sheree’ must be bored and has absolutely nothing to do with her time. A restraining order? Really? Why Now? Is Sheree trying to stay in the press so she can sell more Kitsy Lane She By Sheree jewelry? I’m confused.
I outta file a lawsuit against Sheree for all them damn ants that was down there by the street on the busy route near the bus stop. Anyway, this video has been out for almost a year and no restraining order? So why now?
The Second Chateau Sheree’ Expose’ video was published on January 22, 2013. Again, The Doll was back on the street corner, near the bus stop, on the busy route. This time around the ants were gone. Perhaps MARTA killed the ants considering how close the ant bed was to the bus stop.
Aside from standing near the bus stop, near the curb, on a busy route, no one lives in the pile of poorly constructed ply wood. I’m kinda lost as to why Sheree’ needs a restraining order. The Doll has threatened your life and safety by standing near the bus stop, in front of a construction zone, for a piece of property that isn’t even habitable? Then again, she took Bob Whitfield to court for everything under the sun, so i guess it does not have to make sense in her world. The nerve of her! I did a praise dance for prosperity and everything and the thanks I get is a restraining order? Again, why now?
Here’s the one thing that completely takes the cake. Super Bowl Sunday, I’m at Nessa’s house, shortly after halftime, and in walks Sheree’. Chile, Me, Nessa, and Sheree’ kiki’d and carried on like it was nobodies business. Sheree’ and I even discussed me potentially interviewing her. She even went on to say “yeah we can do it, get my number and we’ll set it up”. And if you think I’m lying, i got the pictures to prove it.
From the smile on your face and our friendly embrace, you sure as hell don’t look like you are in fear of your safety and needs a restraining order.
Chile if anything, we should have filed a restraining order on her ass for coming to our party, eating up all our damn food, and DIDN’T EVEN BRING ANYTHING! Cheap tacky heffa!
Super Bowl Sunday was February 3, 2013. This was the FIRST time I had ever met Sheree’ or even been in the same building as the noted fashion designer. The chance meeting went over without incident. So why now a restraining order? Here’s what I think happen. Someone did go on to Sheree’s property, but it was not Funky Dineva Ross or ATLien. The world and any judge can see that we were near the bust stop by the street corner on a busy route near a parcel of land that was broadcasted for millions of people to see by a public figure. Quiet as its kept, if someone went all up and through my house and was taking pictures, I would feel some kind of way too. Feeling violated, and tired of being the butt of many jokes, Sheree galloped down to her second home, the courthouse, and filed on everybody she could think of. Sheree’ you missed a few people though. As a matter of fact, there are a few people still floating around who are on Media Takeouts payroll, who ride by periodically and take pictures. uhmm hmmm… But y’all ain’t heard that from me.
Now I honestly don’t know what is going to come of all of this, and truthfully don’t really care. In the 6 years I’ve lived in Atlanta I’ve run into this woman 1 time at a super bowl party at one of my best friends house. So honestly, Sheree’ being a granted a temporary or permanent restraining order against me has 0 impact on my life. The net effect to The Doll is ZERO. Here’s what I do know, I have not been served with anything? I have not received any kind of formal or informal notice from any law enforcement or governmental agency. Until I do, it is business as usual.

If he is reporting at a bus stop, he is probably not even on her property. It might belong to the City of Whatever City he/she is located. I would need a survey and other information to determine if Sheree actually has “custody, control, and ownership” of that grassy area so close to the busy, public road. Additionally, there is also a fence which demonstrates that he is behind the enclosed portion she would consider her property. Being on the other side does not constitute a claim for a temporary restraining order or probably anything else. I look forward to representing Funky Dineva in the near future
