So months ago, it broke that Miss Mona Scott Young was shopping around a Love and Hip Hop: LA spinoff over at VH1 headquarters. At the time, we weren’t too sure whom producers wanted to fill the shoes of Hosaline and Stevie J, or the made-for-TV drama that is Peter Gunz and Amina Buddafly.
Hell, if you ask me, I’m really not trying to feature any girls looking for a recording contract and lacking the obvious…talent.
However, producers have reportedly confirmed a few names that have us all but excited for the foolery that is sure to come.
Catch these T’s
We know how Mona Scott Young is generally tight-lipped when it comes to confirming cast members and story lines for the Love and Hip Hop franchise.
But Chile, apparently some producers didn’t get that memo. Producers reportedly confirmed to TMZ that singer Brooke Valentine, radio DJ Yesi Ortiz, rapper Hazel-E, and video vixen Bria Myles have all signed on to film.
Wait, who!? Now correct me if I’m wrong, but Brooke Valentine hasn’t had a hit since 2005 with “Girlfight right? We all saw what happened with Traci Steele when VH1 tried to book a DJ. For the rest of these girls, I’m not particularly seeing it for them either.
Miss Mona hasn’t given the official word yet, so that gives us a glimmer of hope…right?
