[LISTEN] New Music, Bobby V. ft K. Michelle, PUT IT IN

So y’all may not know this, but I am a HUGE Bobby V fan. I’m not gone promise you that i would actually go see him perform, because he still has a teen sensation vibe about him. I would feel so lame being like ” eww Nessa girl, I got 2 tckets to the Bobby V show, wanna go? However, there is nothing immature about the song he sings. I’m telling you, on EVERY Bobby V cd you will find like 3-4 hidden gems. I don’t know why this brother doesn’t get the play he deserves. Bobby V STAYS TRUE to the good ole 90’s R&B sound that y’all know I love.

Get into Bobby’s new song featuring K.Michelle, PUT IT IN.

So the minute the song started playing, my soul saud Yes GAWD. Shortly there afterward, it just said yes. I went up for the song, but by the end, I was back on the ground. Anything featuring K.Michelle right now is further along than where she was, so this is definitely a good look for her. Need I not mention, without a doubt, K. Michelle can sing, so her vocals are on point. However, for Bobby V, I don’t think this song is going to give him what he needs to get to the forefront of radio play. The song is not bad at all, but it doesn’t take you OVA. It’s cute, but in a land where Chris Brown, Trey Songz and Miss Miguel rule the airwaves, Bobby V is going to have to come a little harder than this. I ain’t worried though. Little man ALWAYS delivers that classic R&B feel that music is missing on his CD’s. Bobby’s New CD, DUSK TIL DAWN, comes out Tuesday, October 16th. I’ll definitely be buying it…

Take a listen. Let me know what you think.
