Chile, it’s a sad day for big titty girls everywhere. A judge has ruled that Sherri Shepherd is the legal mother of this baby that she does not want, birthed by a surrogate last August. From the time divorce proceedings started between Sherri and her ex husband Lamar Sally, Sherri has claimed that Lamar tricked her into this surrogacy situation with the intent of divorcing her and milking her dry in child support. She’s deemed him the ultimate gold digger. I’m not really sure why Sherri didn’t carry the child herself, nor use her egg in the surrogacy process. The only reasonable assumption is that she couldn’t carry, and she doesn’t have any eggs. To add insult to injury, Sherri is now legally the mother to a child that she not only wants, but that doesn’t carry any of her DNA, and half the DNA of a man she despises.
Chile you got to be more careful. I really do feel some kind of way about all of this. Catch these T’s
Here is the thing. If Lamar truly did do what Sherri said he did, then he is a low down dirty dog. However, its obvious that Sherri did not want another child. If she did, it was with the contingency that she had it with him. Which at the end of the day, still translates to her not truly wanting a child. If she did, she would have gladly taken the child at birth and raised it as her own. That’s what the hell I would have done. That ole bitch would not a nan got damn dime of my money.
What I don’t understand is how relationships go sour so quickly. At the point in which you inked the the deal on the surrogate birth, everything was all good. You expect me to honestly believe in a few months time, things went so south that Lamar wanted a divorce and Sherri no longer wants the baby that the surrogate is pregnant with? No, that is hard for me to believe. There had to have been a disconnect long before the surrogate was impregnated with that store bought egg and Lamar’s sperm. I don’t care what nobody says…
As much as I feel for Sherri from a moral place. Legally, she should be responsible for that baby. If her relationship was still going good, she’d be all over tv boasting about how she loves her new baby. Now that things have soured with Lamar, you magically don’t want the baby. No ma’am Miss Sherri, that’s not how this works. That’s not how any of this works. If the judge was to rule in Sherri’s favor, imagine what type of legal precedent that would have set. People could sign surrogacy agreements, and just because they fall out with their spouse, all of a sudden decide they don’t want the baby anymore, while the surrogate is still carrying it. Ohh hell no! That would be one ole Maury Povich, Jerry Springer, Paternity Court MESS!
